When disaster strikes, being prepared can make all the difference. That’s why AARP Louisiana is teaming up with local libraries across the state to help you get ahead of the storm. Our free Disaster Preparedness Workshops will arm you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence you need to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your property before, during, and after a crisis.

From creating emergency plans to safeguarding important documents and understanding local resources, these sessions are tailored for older adults—but open to everyone who wants to stay informed and prepared.
