AARP Live returns on January 23rd!



Ever been the victim of a fraud or scam? AARP Live returns January 23 rd with a program that will help you learn how to spot a fraud and important advice on how you can protect yourself from getting scammed.

Tune in at 10 p.m. EST (9 p.m. CST) on the RFD-TV network or online at: www.aarp.org/rfd.

AARP fraud expert Doug Shadel will tell us about the latest frauds making the rounds and the top scams you should watch out for in 2014. We’ll also hear from Nancy Mahoney, an AARP Foundation ElderWatch volunteer in Colorado, who has helped scam victims across the country. AARP Vermont State Director Greg Marchildon and RFD-TV News Director Mark Oppold will also be part of the discussion.

PLUS, find out how you can join AARP’s Fraud Watch Network to receive watchdog alerts on con artists’ latest tricks and take a light-hearted look at a television infomercial that’s just too good to be true.
