AARP Foundation Tax-Aide, the nation's largest free, volunteer-based tax preparation and assistance service, has reopened three Nebraska sites in Beatrice, McCook and York through the extended tax filing deadline of July 15.
The program, which serves low- to moderate-income taxpayers, especially those age 60 and over, had suspended tax preparation services at all sites in the U.S. this March, due to the spread of coronavirus.
Taxpayers must make appointments to receive in-person assistance at the sites below; no walk-ins will be accepted. Locations include:
