Walgreens Way to Well Health Tour with AARP

Are you or your loved ones in need of some basic tests to stay healthy? We're here to help.

The Walgreens Way to Well Health Tour with AARP will offer FREE health tests and services in the Lincoln and Omaha communities from July 31 through Aug. 10. Adults age 18+ are eligible to participate.

The program is dedicated to providing free preventative and early detection health services. These tests are valued at $100, and include cholesterol and glucose screenings, blood pressure checks and comprehensive weight assessment.

No appointment is necessary. All participants will also receive a free, 1-year AARP membership.

The Walgreens Way to Well Health Tour with AARP will be parked at the following Walgreens locations:

July 31 – 1701 South St., Lincoln, 11-6 pm

Aug. 1 –  1404 Superior Street, Lincoln, 11-6 pm

Aug. 2 – 9001 Blondo St., Omaha, 11-6 pm

Aug. 3 – 13155 W Center Rd., Omaha, 10-5 pm

Aug. 7 – 8380 Harrison St., LaVista, 11-6 pm

Aug. 8 – 2929 N. 60 ^th St., Omaha 11 – 6 pm

Aug. 9 – 5038 Center St., Omaha, 11-6 pm

Aug. 10 – 3005 Lake St., Omaha, 10-5 pm

The 2013 tour marks the fifth year Walgreens and AARP have provided this community outreach program. Since its inception, the tour has delivered nearly three and a half million health tests valued at more than $70 million.
