Rhode Island statehouse

Every year, AARP Rhode Island kicks off the legislative session with a reception at the State House that gives members a chance to meet with lawmakers.

From supporting family caregivers to lobbying for lower prescription drug costs, AARP and its members are committed to fighting for legislation that will improve the lives of residents who are 50 and older.

Whether held in person or via a virtual platform, the reception will take place in January.

Details will be posted at aarp.org/RIAdvocates
