Engaging in mentally stimulating activities like puzzles, crosswords, or card and board games are all examples of ways you can improve your mental resilience and cognitive ability.

2. Engage in Physical Activity
Walking, yoga, or pickleball are all easy ways to increase daily physical activity. Doing one of these activities a few times a week will not only boost your physical health, but it also benefits your brain as well. Increased blood flow to your brain during physical activity promotes the growth of new neural connections and improves mental health.
3. Eat a Brain Boosting Diet
Eating a balanced diet has been proven to greatly reduce the risk of cognitive decline. A good place to start is making sure your plate has fruits, veggies, whole grains, and healthy fats like those found in olive oil or salmon. 4. Find Purposeful Activities
The last and most fulfilling way to maintain your brain health is to fill your days with activities that provide a sense of purpose.
