An important part of Dollywood's mission is preserving Smoky Mountain culture. In the Craftsman's Valley part of the park, you'll find glass works, blacksmith, traditional handmade candles, leather goods, and wood carvers demonstrating their special skills and selling their handiwork.

3. Ride That Train
Get a great view of the entire park on one of Dollywood’s coal-fired steam trains. It's one of just a few remaining steam engines in operation at a theme park. Sit back and relax as the train takes you on a 5-mile trip into the Smoky Mountains, where the views are worth the price of admission.

4. Life-changing Cinnamon Bread
The cinnamon bread at Dollywood would make your grandma blush – it’s that good. Trust us on this one – Dollywood’s famous cinnamon bread is a treat worth putting your diet on hold for. And of course, no visit to Dollywood would be complete without a stop by Dolly’s home. OK, maybe not her real home, but a full-scale replica of the home where Dolly grew up. Get a first-hand look at the modest home of Dolly’s childhood. From these humble roots, it’s easy to see why she has never taken her fame for granted.
