FIGHTING FOR YOU

Statewide Education for Caregivers – Workshops and Seminars AARP Alaska works closely with statewide partners to provide older Alaskans and their families with the tools they need to protect resources, provide services and supports, and know the choices available to them. We partner closely with the Alzheimer’s Resource of Alaska, the Medicare Information Office, the Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs), and others to help increase knowledge and confidence for Alaskan family caregivers. When you see us at the State Fair, AFN, and many other events, you’ll find information on caregiving, like our ”Prepare to Care’’ guide for families.
