Beginning April 1, 2018, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will begin mailing NEW Medicare cards to all people with Medicare health insurance. CMS, Delaware's Division of Health and Social Services, with other statewide partners, will be presenting information about this and many other services available to Delaware residents with Medicare. The kick-off season of Walk4Health begins in October! We are excited to invite you to join us this year at one or all of walks that we have designed for you!

AARP Delaware and the YMCA of Delaware have teamed up to deliver health education and diabetes prevention, aimed at improving the health and well-being of Delawareans age 50+ and their families. The partnership is part of a national effort, whereby the two organizations will work together to reach a variety of cultures and communities with information about preventing diabetes and staying healthy.
