You're going to watch the Super Bowl anyway ... why not give us your comments on our new advertising messages?

We know you have a keen eye for, and interest in, AARP’s commercials. With that in mind, I wanted you to know that AARP is kicking off a new ad campaign on Feb. 4 (Super Bowl Sunday) during the NBC program This Is Us.  This is a chance for you to hear insights on how the brand campaigns seen on TV and social media are designed to present AARP in fresh ways.

Please join a Q&A style discussion of the new ad campaign with AARP’s National Volunteer President, Eric Schneidewind, and Brand Senior Vice President, Barbara Shipley, on Thursday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. ET.  There will also - as always - be time for volunteer questions and comments.

Here’s how to join the call:

Date: Thursday, Feb. 8

Time: 2 p.m. ET (1 p.m. CT/noon MT/11 a.m. PT)

Call-in Number: 1-877-209-3531 (toll-free and no PIN required)

If you have a question or comment about AARP’s brand messaging, feel free to submit your questions in advance.  Just email volunteer@aarp.org by 6 p.m. ET on Feb. 7 and be sure to include “TTH question” in your subject line.  We will also be taking questions by phone during the call.

Call recording availability:  As always, the calls will be recorded and stored on the Volunteer Portal – http://volunteer.aarp.org – in the Libraries tab (enter TTH in the search box).  If you need help logging onto the Portal, please contact your state office, call AARP’s Volunteer Help Line at 866-740-7719 or email volunteer@aarp.org
