Join AARP Georgia and friends from across the country for a total body workout every Friday from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. The free, 60-minute virtual workout will be led by DaShaun Johnson.
The class is designed for you to go at your own pace and for every fitness level. In addition, each class AARP will feature helpful resources and information. Attendees only need a chair to get started. Light weights, water, a towel and comfortable clothing are highly recommended. Weekly registration is required, and a Zoom link will be emailed prior to the start of class. Please remember to check with your health care provider before starting any fitness regimen. AARP members and the general public are all welcome to participate.
