AARP Georgia is bringing back our On the Beat podcast for its 2026 season. The podcast is an AARP Georgia’s innovative approach to disseminating information about our state’s legislative agenda.
As we prepare for the upcoming 2026 legislative session, the goal is to position ourselves at the forefront of advocating for the needs and interests of Georgians aged 50 and above. Our AARP Georgia State Advocacy Team, equipped with expertise in Georgia politics at both the state and federal levels, is poised to empower and educate Georgians during these critical times.
The first podcasts will focus on planning for the 2026 legislative session, the issues AARP will be addressing in the coming years, and how we ensure we continue to be a trusted resource in challenging political times.
