Workshop: Understanding Dementia in the African-American Community

Please join AARP Georgia as it presents Understanding Dementia in the African-American Community in conjunction with Sage Navigator &        Faith Village Connections.

The session will be followed by a virtual dementia experience and memory screening. Prepare to Care  guides and the faith-based took kit for faith leaders also will be available.
