“How to Prepare for the Zombie Apocalypse” is the unlikely title of the latest offering from AARP Hawaii’s speakers bureau.
Why? Emergency readiness kits and disaster planning aren’t that different from preparing for a zombie invasion. Groups can request a workshop covering preparedness for catastrophes like tsunamis and earthquakes.
It’s one of many free presentations on issues important to people 50-plus that AARP Hawaii offers for groups.
