New Knowledge Adventures (NKA) is a low-cost, lifelong continuing education program for older adults designed to offer exceptional learning, exploration and fellowship opportunities in a comfortable and non-competitive academic surrounding.
Supported by AARP Idaho, Idaho State University and the Treasure Valley YMCA, NKA places a shared emphasis of expanding knowledge, staying vital and exploring new ideas in an informal and socially engaging environment.

To celebrate the launch of NKA, AARP Idaho, ISU and the Treasure Valley YMCA invite you to a kickoff celebration at the Village Cinema in Meridian for a sneak preview of the short film The Adventures of Idaho Jones. This free event is more than a complimentary breakfast, fun giveaways, a keynote talk, and short film premier. It’s the start of an amazing continuing education experience designed exclusively for those 50+ who want to explore more at this possibility filled time in life.
