AARP IDAHO SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1.                  To Enter: register in-person at AARP Idaho’s booth at the Air Force Appreciation Day event to be held at Carl Miller Park, American Legion Blvd. &10^th E., Mountain Home, Idaho. Sweepstakes takes place between 9:00 a.m. MDT and 3:00 p.m. MDT on September 7, 2024. Entries must be received during this time. One entry per person. AARP is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Entries become the property of AARP and none will be returned and will be governed by its privacy policy. Completely fill out the Official Entry Form provided by Administrator’s representatives, including your full name, email address and/or phone number, and zip code. Upon submission of the completed Official Entry Form, each entrant will be entered into the drawing. Only one (1) entry per individual. Potential winners need not be present to win. AARP is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Entries become the property of AARP and none will be returned and will be governed by its privacy policy.

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to individuals 18 years of age or older who are legal U.S. residents. Employees of AARP and their respective parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotions agencies (“collectively, Promotion Entities”) and the immediate family members and members of the same household of those employees and directors are not eligible. One prize per person.

Prize: $100. Visa™ gift card “1 Grand Prize.”

3. Drawing and Awarding of Prize: Potential winners need not be present at time of drawing to win. Two winners will be drawn randomly on or about 12:00 p.m. MDT on September 9, 2024 from all eligible entries. Each winner to receive one $100. Visa™ gift card. Drawing and awarding of prize will be conducted by AARP or its representative whose decision on all matters relating to this sweepstakes is final. The Administrator or its representative will verify winner eligibility by providing winner with a Winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility & Release form (“Affidavit”) to complete and return to Administrator within five (5) days of receipt. If a potential winner does not return the completed and signed Affidavit to the Administrator or its representative within five (5) days of receipt, it will result in disqualification of that entrant as the potential Sweepstakes Winner and Administrator shall randomly select another entry form from among all eligible entry forms to determine Sweepstakes Winner. By participating and accepting a prize, winners agree to indemnify and hold harmless AARP, participating wholesalers, retailers and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies for any injuries, damages or losses which may be sustained in connection with participation in this sweepstakes and ownership, use or misuse of the prize. All expenses related to acceptance and use of prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

4. Odds: The actual odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries.

5. Name of Winners: For the name of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to AARP Winner’s List, 250 5^th St. South; Boise, ID 83702, for receipt by October 9, 2024.

7. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH VISA INC.  BY ENTERING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE VISA INC. FROM ANY LIABILITY RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
