June Alzheimer's Healthy Living Series by AARP and Alzheimer's Association Announced

This June and in honor of Brain Health Awareness Month, AARP Massachusetts has teamed up with the Alzheimer's Association for a special education series about Alzheimer's disease and brain health. Sign up to learn more about the links between diet, sleep, exercise, and brain health. Each online session is about 30 minutes and is available for sign up at no cost.
