You work hard and pay into Social Security with every paycheck. It’s your money. And AARP believes that presidential and congressional candidates owe you details regarding their specific plans to keep Social Security strong so that you get the money you’ve earned.
We need candidates to level with us and give us details about their Social Security plans. Sound bites aren’t good enough.
We deserve to know how their plan for Social Security will affect our families, what it will cost, and how they’ll get it done. After all, it’s about our kids and grandkids, and handing them a better America than the one handed to you.
