About the Town Hall Meeting
The Montana Alzheimer’s/Dementia Work Group is conducting several state-wide Town Hall Meetings to hear comments that will help us develop the Montana State Comprehensive Plan on Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias. The Town Hall Meeting will allow caregivers, family members and other community members to share stories and experiences about caring for and providing services to individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias are also encouraged to share their experiences at this meeting.
We will be asking questions, such as:
* What supportive and healthcare services are needed in your community?
* What creative approaches would you recommend to better serve people in your community?
* As a Caregiver (family or paid), what are the most critical needs you face as someone who
provides care? How could these needs be better met?
* What assistance and support are most important to you, your family and other caregivers?
We hope you will join us and share your stories, comments and questions.
