AARP North Dakota invites nonprofits and local governments across the state to apply for the 2026 AARP Community Challenge grant program.

The grants fund quick-action projects that help communities become more livable by improving public spaces, transportation, housing, civic engagement and other areas.

In 2025, AARP awarded more than $70,000 to six entities across North Dakota, focusing on projects such as park beautification, street improvements and digital literacy for older residents.
