You can outwit criminal scammers and identity thieves by attending AARP North Dakota’s free shred events in April and our Fraud Fighters Lunch and Learns in May. Shred those sensitive documents first, then join us to hear how to spot a scam, protect your loved ones and stay safe from scams.

Shredding in Three ND Cities
If you live in Bismarck, Fargo or Grand Forks, we'll help you take an important step to prevent identity theft by having your documents shredded securely. There is no cost to participate but registration is required. A two box limit per vehicle.

Fighting Fraud Lunch and Learns in Fargo and Bismarck
We're offering two opportunities to hear from Fargo-based Assistant United States Attorney Matthew Greenley about the work his organization is doing to fight fraud. Learn more about lottery and romance scams, wire and mail fraud prosecutions, and how family members have financially exploited elders. Get the facts and know the red flags that can keep you and your family safe from criminal scammers. There is no charge to attend and lunch will be provided on site. Registration is required.
