Senior LIFEstyle and Wellness Expo and Shred Event on July 9 in Tulsa

AARP Oklahoma is proud to again sponsor the Senior LIFEstyle and Wellness Expo on July 9 at the Exchange Center at Expo Square in Tulsa.



The free expo welcomes thousands of guests each year and features speakers, interactive activities, health screenings, live entertainment, raffles and games.


Stop by the AARP Oklahoma booth for a chance to play a game, put your Social Security knowledge to the test and win a prize (while supplies last).

Outside the Exchange Center, AARP Oklahoma is sponsoring a free drive-thru shredding event in the parking lot. The event will run from 9 a.m. to noon or until the shred truck fills up.

Bring documents containing personal information such as old tax, medical and banking records for safe shredding. Volunteers will be on hand to help unload your documents and ensure they are shredded on-site. A special thanks to American Document Shredding for providing this valuable service.
