Oklahoma Day of Service 2016

One day. Four locations. 70 volunteers. Thousands of Oklahomans served.

Across our state on Monday, September 12, 2016 in McAlester, Oklahoma City, Shawnee and Tulsa, AARP volunteers and staff focused on Fighting Hunger and Feeding Hope. AARP volunteers helped bag 15,366 pounds of food, packed 9,300 meals, 300 snack kits, bagged cherries and organized pallets of food  in our community food banks during AARP's 15th Annual Day of Service.
