Stay Strong, Stay Sharp: Functional Strategies for Thriving in Midlife and Beyond

As you move through midlife and beyond, your body starts to whisper, or sometimes shout, messages you can’t always interpret. Fatigue, brain fog, joint stiffness, and changes in digestion may feel like just “getting older,” but functional medicine tells us there’s more to the story.

That’s why we’re excited to invite you to "Stay Strong, Stay Sharp: Functional Strategies for Thriving in Midlife and Beyond." This is a free virtual series designed to help take charge of your health in ways that go far beyond the numbers on a lab report.

Led by Rosemary Acholla, MSN, FNP-C, FMACP, NC-BC—Founder & CEO of Integrative Wellness, Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Functional Medicine Provider, and Board-Certified Health Coach—this series will equip you with practical, whole-person strategies for building energy, protecting your brain, and feeling strong and resilient at every stage of life.

While each session builds on the last, you don’t have to attend them all to benefit. We encourage registering for as many as you can, but even just attending one session can have a great impact.
