Be Kind RI A free online technology platform matches volunteers willing to deliver groceries from local food pantries or local stores directly to people who request this help. Age-Friendly RI, Family Service of Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Community Food Bank teamed up to offer this pilot initiative to address statewide food access concerns for individuals unable to go to the grocery store or food pantry because of COVID-19 safety concerns or lack of transportation.
