The past two years have seen an explosion of cryptocurrency scams which has led many people to ask the same question - how? After all, cryptocurrency is something most people don’t understand, and those who do follow it know that it is very volatile, completely unregulated, and has no protection for investors.
AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is providing free in-person and virtual tax assistance and preparation now through April 15 throughout South Dakota. The nation’s largest free, volunteer-based tax assistance and preparation program helped secure more than $1.1 billion in refunds for more than 1.5 million taxpayers last year. Tax-Aide is offered in conjunction with the IRS, and AARP membership is not required.
AARP South Dakota invites local eligible organizations and governments across the country to apply for the 2024 AARP Community Challenge grant program, now through March 6 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern (4:00 p.m. Central/3:00 p.m. Mountain).
