We've got you covered with a variety of fun, virtual wellness classes designed to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more energized! Whether you're looking to dance, stretch, or build strength, these beginner-friendly sessions will guide you every step of the way.

No special equipment or prior experience is needed—just join us online for these free, easy-to-follow classes that will improve both your physical health and mental well-being.

Mobility Mondays: Flow & Flex
Lean into a one-hour, low-impact workout session combining dance principles and yoga methods designed to enhance mobility and flexibility. The workout begins seated in a chair and gradually progresses to standing for those who can do so—the instructor moderates for all body types and movement abilities. Nia Moving to Heal on Tuesdays
