Davis will discuss ways people can improve their health in 2020, with advice such as what foods to work into daily diets and those to avoid, said Juanita Jiménez-Soto, communications director for AARP in Houston.

“Exercising and engaging in positive wellness habits make us all healthier, more engaged and productive,” Jiménez-Soto said. “This is especially important for family caregivers.”

The podcast episode will air on Monday, Jan. 27, at aarp.org/houstonptc.

Visit the website for podcasts on other topics, such as finding the right exercise routine, providing care for aging parents and understanding the differences between assisted living facilities and senior apartments.

These episodes and more can also be heard on iTunes and at SoundCloud.com.
