Mobility Mondays

Staying active doesn’t have to be complicated, and it doesn’t have to mean going to a gym. Mobility Mondays is a free virtual fitness class, hosted every Monday for the rest of the year, designed to help people of all ages improve balance, flexibility, and strength in ways that support everyday life.

From walking across a parking lot to climbing stairs, lifting groceries, or getting up from a chair, mobility is what helps us stay independent and confident. This class focuses on the movements we use most, making it especially helpful for adults 50+, caregivers, and anyone who wants to move with less stiffness and more stability, with options to participate seated or standing.
