PushBack at Parkinson’s Disease is a medically advised, community supported exercise program for people with Parkinson’s Disease. People with PD need extra support for meaningful exercise. When they get that support, they feel better, move better and have a better quality of life. YOU can help. Volunteer exercise partners are essential to PushBack. It only takes a little bit of training to be a partner and in return, you have a lot of fun, make friends, and make a huge impact. Classes are currently running in Winooski, Essex, Barre, and Middlebury. Email Maggie Holt (Margaret.holt@uvmhealth.org) if you are interested or have questions.
