We all think about "What's Next?" but often wonder where to start and how to make it real. That's why AARP Seattle presented our 2014 Life Reimagined speaker series - to help you navigate the next phase of your life.
The "Life Reimagined" Speaker Series featured actor and social media phenomenon George Takei, love and relationship expert Dr. Pepper Schwartz, European travel guru Rick Steves, and inspirational success expert Chris Gardner.

George Takei is an actor best known for his role of Mr. Sulu in the TV and movie series Star Trek.
He is also an author, social justice activist, social media mega-star, the subject of the documentary To Be Takei and star of the Broadway-bound musical Allegiance. He is the host of YouTube sensation Takei's Take, which is produced by AARP and explores the world of technology, trends, current events and pop culture.
Chantal Lawrie
Dr. Pepper Schwartz is AARP's Love and Relationship Ambassador.
Her mission is to improve the lives of aging boomers and the age 50+ audience by enhancing their relationships and offering advice on everything from sex and health issues to communication and dating in midlife and beyond. She has published 17 books, including Dating After 50 for Dummies, for AARP. She is also the expert sociologist in the FYI reality series, Married at First Sight.
Rick Steves is the author of European guidebooks and the host of TV travel shows.
Rick Steves is America's most respected authority on European travel. He's produced more than 50 guidebooks, America's most popular travel series on public television, a weekly hour-long national public radio show, a weekly syndicated column, and free travel information through his travel center and website.

Chris Gardner is AARP’s Pursuit and Happyness Ambassador.
Chris is the best-selling author and the inspiration for the award-winning movie, The Pursuit of Happyness, starring Will Smith. In his early years, Chris overcame a troubled home life, severe poverty, and even a period of homelessness to ultimately develop a successful career in financial services.
