Join Us for the 30-Day SMART Goal Fitness Challenge!

People who are physically active have a 45% lower risk of developing heart disease than sedentary people.  Jumpstart your road to fitness by joining us for the free “SMART Goal Fitness Challenge.”

The SMART Goal Fitness Challenge encourages individuals to integrate more activity based on their current activity level for an improved lifestyle—whether it’s walking more, adding stretching to your workout regimen, including more strengthening exercises—the choice is up to each individual.

Join us for the challenge on Saturday, May 30, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon at the People’s Institutional Baptist Churce in Seattle.

You’ll learn how to integrate more activity based on your current activity level for an improved lifestyle. This challenge uses the Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Sensitive goal setting model.
