Breakfast & Conversation Event with Mayor Kate Gallego

Join AARP Arizona and Phoenix Mayor, Kate Gallego, for a free breakfast and a conversation about the 2023 Phoenix GO Bond initiative.

The 2023 Phoenix General Obligation (GO) Bond is a $500 million initiative to bolster essential infrastructure projects and city services, enhance residents’ quality of life, and keep pace with the needs of a rapidly growing population. Phoenix voters will decide whether to adopt the bond package during a citywide election on November 7, 2023.

On Phoenix ballots, four bond questions would establish the authorization to sell bonds to:

1. Enhance community safety through fire, police, roadway, and pedestrian infrastructure
2. Improve quality of life in Phoenix neighborhoods
3. Create an efficient, modern Phoenix to live and work
4. Enhance, preserve, and increase the supply of affordable housing and senior centers
