Communications Team

Are you looking for a way to plug in and get involved with AARP Arkansas? We are looking for key communicators across the state to help us share the story of AARP Arkansas. Your primary duties will be bridging the gap between the state office and local hubs/chapters and regional media outlets by sharing information about AARP Arkansas activities. You'll also bring back information to our team by sharing stories about what area AARP groups are doing, which may be used on social media or on our website.

Time requirements include approximately a two hours a month for making calls and sending emails, an hour a month for attending meetings (most will be virtual), and attending a communications training.
