BECOME A MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS VOLUNTEER WITH AARP ARKANSAS
AARP Arkansas has planned lots of activities for members lately, and the fun continues this summer.
Many AARP members are currently serving or have served in the military. We value the freedom and rights secured by these brave individuals and their families. Their service and sacrifices will never be forgotten. That’s why AARP Arkansas is working to find ways to recognize them and thank them for their contributions.
AARP works in communities across the state to ensure that Arkansans have choice, control, and independence through every stage of their lives. We invite you to learn more about what we are doing in the Little Rock area and how you can get involved at a volunteer informational event on Thursday, May 3.
Caregiving, financial security, health care—Arkansans 50-plus face multiple challenges. That’s why AARP Arkansas has expanded its list of topics for group presentations. Civic clubs, church groups, AARP chapters and other organizations can book a free presentation on Medicare, Social Security or caregiving, as well as the ever-popular Fraud Watch Network workshops.
