Volunteer Opportunity: Make a Difference as an AARP AR Advocate

AARP Arkansas invites you to join our growing team of volunteer advocates.  You can help ensure that our voices are heard at the local, state and national level on important issues like Social Security, Medicare, utilities, health care and caregiving.

“AARP’s strength is in our numbers,” said Herb Sanderson, AARP Arkansas Associate State Director for Advocacy. “A few short, polite lines in an e-mail from individuals across Arkansas sends a loud message. A red AARP shirt in legislative committee meeting is hard to miss. A personal, handwritten note to an elected official is gold. Your efforts will produce results.”
