National SAMSHA Disaster Distress hotline: 1-800-985-5990, which is available 24/7 and provides mental health support but also helps connect people to local mental health services.

NamiColorado.org offers information for people struggling with mental health needs. They offer virtual support groups and help connect people to local mental health resources.
