AARP can see and feel the trends. People 50 and older are more active, both physically and mentally, than ever before. They aren’t slowing down. In fact, they are preparing themselves to do more of the things they love. So many older adults are exercising and eating right daily; they are taking the time to learn new things, and they know the importance of life balance, making sure that leisure and fun are significant parts of their healthy lifestyle.
As part of that get up and go attitude, we are hosting webinars like Cooking for Healthy Lifestyles with registered dietician nutritionist from Colorado State University's Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center, where we can discover ways to keep our nutrition in check as we age.
