Loveland Senior Advisory Board Wants to Hear from You!

Have your voice heard in Larimer county!
21st Civics, Language and American Studies (CLASS) Seminar for English Language Teachers in Israel, July 17-22, 2011
David Azagury

AARP would like you to know that the Loveland Senior Advisory Board will host a citizen forum on Thursday, May 2, 2013, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Chilson Senior Center. The forum is free and open to the public, but registration is required.

Colorado State Demographer, Elizabeth Garner, will provide recent demographic data depicting the current population and the forecasted changes to population age within Larimer County. It is predicted that the number of residents who are 65 and older will increase 140 percent within the next 20 years.

These changes have the potential to impact our community and the quality of life we expect to enjoy, especially as Loveland and Larimer County continues to grow as a prime retirement location.

Collaborating with a facilitation team from the Colorado State University Department of Public Deliberation, attendees will have the opportunity to provide input for use by the community leaders as they prepare for the growth of the senior population.

When: May 2, 2013, 5:30 pm-7:30 pm

Where: Chilson Senior Center, 700 East 4th Street, Loveland, CO 80537

Registration: 970-962-2783 by Friday, April 26, 2013

Light Refreshments will be served.
