November Programs for You with City of Denver

CityYOU is a collection of programs in collaboration with Denver* city agencies designed to demystify, explain and highlight your city's amazing (and often unexpected) services.

Denverites have asked to hear more about what the City offers and what’s going on, and Denver is delievering with a host of topics.

The following programs will all be presented at the Hampden Branch Library, 9755 E. Girard Ave. Denver, CO 80231. Visit denverlibrary.org for more information.

City of Denver Public Art Program
Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2-3 p.m.
Learn the ins and outs of public art in Denver. We’ll cover how the program
started, the process for selecting public art, and will feature plenty of images of
some of your favorite public artworks from around the City of Denver.

Water Connects Us All
Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2-3 p.m.
Come and learn about Denver Water’s Lead Reduction Program and all
things water.

Coming of Age in Aging America: Film Screening and Q&A
Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2-3:45 p.m.
What will it mean for all of us to grow up, live and age in a society where half the
citizens are over the age of 50? This film tells the story of this phenomenon and
its challenges and opportunities. The DenverConnect team will have a q&a after
the film and share Denver resources for older adults.
