AARP Atlanta and the “Guru of Abs” DaShaun Johnson are pleased to continue offering FREE online strength and conditioning training.
This 60-minute workout session occurs each Friday at 10 a.m. via Zoom and is designed for every skill level. Attendees have the option to sit or stand. Light weights, water, a towel and comfortable clothing are highly recommended.

Weekly registration is required and a Zoom link will be emailed prior to the workout session.
