AARP’s Prepare to Care Workshop is designed to give current and future caregivers an opportunity to learn more about what this critical role entails.

Please join us for this informative and free workshop!

AARP is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all as we age. People may not think of themselves as a caregiver, but if they are helping someone with daily activities, such as getting dressed, medication management and transportation to and from appointments then they are a caregiver.

No matter where one is in the journey of caregiving, whether beginning to anticipate a need, helping to coordinate a move or taking care of a family member full-time, having a good framework to help guide one will make the process easier.
