Walk with a Doc Exercise Program at Mason Mill Park

Every Wednesday until December 25, 2019 (weather permitting) at Mason Mill Park located at 1340 McConnell Drive in Decatur, we invite you to join this AARP Georgia volunteer-led walking session. The group walks begin at 10 a.m.

Weekly guided walking tours are led by certified Health Coach Carolyn Hartfield. No RSVP needed. Just show up and join us! Please consult with a medical professional before starting this or any exercise regimen.
