Join AARP Kentucky and yoga instructor Cathy as we stay healthy, limber and strong during the new year. Every Wednesday in January, Cathy will lead us in a 45-minute virtual, chair yoga session. Are you feeling stiff with this cooler weather? Then you won’t want to miss this!

- Water bottle
- Comfy clothes that are easy to move in
- Sturdy chair – no rocking chairs
- Computer or tablet to get on Zoom

Then tune in January 13th for Cooking with Chef Michelle as she prepares turkey meatloaf with redskin mashed potatoes, and green beans with bacon and onions.
