Join AARP Kentucky and yoga instructor Cathy virtually from the Thrive Center as we stay healthy, limber and strong during the new year. Every Wednesday in January, Cathy will lead us in a 45-minute virtual, chair yoga session.
The sessions are free but you must register. If you can’t attend during the appointed time, register anyway. You will receive a link to view the class on the following Friday.

What you need:
- Water bottle
- Comfy clothes that are easy to move in
- Sturdy chair – no rocking chairs
- Computer or tablet to get on Zoom
