AARP Maine Free Events for You and Your Family - all are welcome!
Each week, we focus on you through gentle morning yoga and meditation classes. We hope to give you the (virtual) space to center your mind and body so that you’re ready to tackle everything life throws your way.
We invite you to enjoy a free coffee as we get together with friends and neighbors, and hear from local leaders and organizations.

Shred your sensitive materials for free at our community events in 2025! Volunteers will be available to assist you on-site as needed.
In collaboration with the National Digital Equity Center (NDEC), these sessions aim to shed light on some of the available tools to help you navigate the digital landscape confidently.
In June we'll be participating in several LGBTQ+ pride festivals in Maine and look forward to seeing you there!
Join us for a free virtual seminar in your area to explore Social Security eligibility requirements, how age, employment and marital status factor in, and helpful tools like the AARP Social Security Resource Center.
Our next meeting will be March 13, 2025 and we are going to learn top 3 ways to spot Travel Scams.
