Boston Pride is back! Join us at our booth June 10th

After a brief hiatus, Boston Pride is back. The Pride Festival is taking place on Saturday, June 10 from 10:00AM to 4:00PM.

AARP will again have a booth at this great community event for the LGBTQ+ community and their allies. Details are stilled being firmed up by organizers, but the location of the booth will either be at Boston City Hall Plaza or at the Boston Common.

If you would like to join us as a volunteer, we could use your help at the AARP booth where we will greet people and distribute our free publications that focus on fighting fraud, housing, caregiving and advocacy. We ask that you consider volunteering for at least 1-2 hours. Volunteers are provided with a t-shirt and a brief orientation about AARP before the festival.  If interested, please email us at ma@aarp.org. 

Mark your calendars and come visit AARP and a dozen of other organizations at this event! We will be giving away some merchandise until we run out!

It is recommended that you take public transportation as many streets are blocked off and the parking garages that are open are expensive.
