AARP Montana Invites Helena Community to Special Free Concert

PLEASE NOTE - THIS EVENT IS POSTPONED: In an abundance of caution surrounding the COVID-19 virus, AARP Montana is postponing the Volunteer Appreciation Concert at the Helena Civic Center originally scheduled for April 24, 2020. AARP Montana invites you to a special community event – a free concert featuring the award-winning musical group Paige & The People’s Band.

AARP Montana invites you to a special community event on Friday evening, April 24 at the Helena Civic Center featuring a free concert by the award-wining group Paige & The People’s Band.

Immediately before the concert is a wine & cheese reception -- fruit & cheese plates will be provided and wine & beer is available for purchase.

Paige & The People’s Band have wowed audiences across Montana, the U.S. and Europe with their high energy mix of soul and rock. They’ve opened for such musical legends as BB King, The Doobie Brothers, Pat Benatar and Kenny Loggins.

Making a name for itself as one of Montana’s premier musical acts, this nine-piece, horn-powered, vocally charged group delivers a performance to remember and definitely not to miss.

The Helena Independent Record wrote “Lead singer Paige Rasmussen has an electrifying voice and heartfelt delivery.”

AARP Montana is holding this special community event during National Volunteer Week to celebrate all volunteers and honor those who make our Montana communities strong.

We are thrilled to honor and recognize all Montana volunteers with this special concert. Everyone – whether you are a volunteer or not -- is welcome to attend this free event. We hope the Helena community will join us in saying ‘thank you’ to all volunteers.
