The Governor’s Conference on Aging will feature speakers, workshops and resources to help participants make the most of aging. Sponsored by the state and a coalition including AARP Montana, the conference runs Tuesday, Sept. 25, through Thursday, Sept. 27, at the Radisson Colonial Hotel in Helena.
Attracting not only adults 50-plus but also families and caregivers as well as advocates, government representatives and health care providers, the conference includes a large exhibit and resource fair.
In keeping with the “Rock Your Age” theme, Elaine Ryan, AARP vice president of state advocacy, will deliver a keynote address titled “Disrupt Aging.”
