AARP OK Priorities for the 2022 Legislative Session - February 2, 2022

Learn about AARP Oklahoma's plans and priorities for the 2022 legislative session. You can ask questions during this interactive Q&A and also find out how to make your voice heard at the Oklahoma Capitol.

AARP Oklahoma is hosting a virtual conversation on the AARP Oklahoma Facebook page on Wednesday, February 2 at 10 a.m. to discuss AARP Oklahoma’s advocacy work. AARP Oklahoma State Director Sean Voskuhl and AARP Oklahoma Associate State Director of Advocacy Chad Mullen will outline this year’s advocacy priorities and take questions.

AARP Oklahoma is continuing its advocacy work this year to improve older Oklahomans' health, wellness, and financial security. We will provide an update on our legislative efforts going into the 2022 session and discuss legislation to help Oklahoma’s unpaid family caregivers earn a tax credit for expenses related to their work. We will also discuss what is being done to cut down on robocalls and fight back against telephone scammers.

This Facebook Live event is free, open to the public and questions are encouraged.
